What an awesome bunch of people to work with! It's always nice to talk directly to the owner and operator of a business like this when you call. Right off the bat they were extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I was dealing with a lot of puddles and poor drainage issues on the sidewalks around my house. It is all taken care of now thanks to CPL's great work to raise and level all the concrete panels, at a reasonable and competitive price.
We had CPL come out to deal with an issue on our pool deck and wound up having them whelp with the pool deck, an issue with our pool stairs and a grading issue on our front steps. I'm not quick to leave a review, good or bad, but only do it when I feel compelled. This is one of those situations. Shane and the crew were fantastic. They quickly triaged issues and proposed solutions. They were professional and personable. Their work was worth the fee and our issue(s) are now resolved. I could not recommend this company more strongly. They were excellent.
From the initial phone call to scheduling inspection all the way down to completion of work…. 5 stars!! What a great way to save some concrete! I didn’t even need to be home for any of it to be completed.
