Foundation Repair

Compaction refers to making the soil more dense. While compaction can lead to settlement issues, there are also times when compaction is good. Using the same process described above, we can pump grout in stages directly into the soil. Compaction Grouting is a method to increase soil density by injecting grout in stages into the ground. The grout displaces the surrounding soil. Since the soil is more dense, it is less-likely to further compact under weight, which is important for building stability. This process is appropriate for:

  • Foundation Settlement
  • Sinkhole Repair
  • Leveling
  • Pre-Construction Soil Stabilization
